Phase 2 Introduction

The body won’t change unless you challenge it.  You made it through phase 1 so you obviously are in much better shape than you were a few weeks ago, but you must keep challenging yourself.  The workouts are going to get harder so make sure you are ready. In addition to these workouts you should add an additional day of activity.  It can be as simple as going for a walk just remember household chores don’t count as extra activity.
