Iced Coffee with Nice Cream and Chocolate Drizzle

  • Yields: multiple servings, based on amount of coffee made


1 cup of pre-made coffee (or more, based on desired servings)

3 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, frozen

½ C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, more if needed

Pinch of salt

(If making chocolate, will also need 1/4 C. unsweetened cocoa powder)

Chocolate drizzle


1Place all ingredients other than coffee, in blender and mix to desired consistency, adding more milk as needed

2Pour coffee over ice.

3Top with scoop of “nice cream” and chocolate drizzle. Enjoy!
