1Heat oil in skillet or wok on medium high.
2Add in beef strips, stir often to cook and keep from burning.
3Once no longer pink, remove beef and set on paper towel.
4Add in onions, garlic, carrots, broccoli, and pepper.
6Cook to desired tenderness and add in the beef when ready. (Some people like their veggies to “snap”, while others prefer them softer).
7Then add in soy sauce and sesame seeds. Yum!!
