At Home Workouts


Our At Home Workout means that you get to work out from the comfort, convenience and privacy of your home using common things you have (think broomsticks and soup cans for resistance). No fancy equipment, no gym fees.

Developed by world renown, Rob Macintyre (personal coach to WWE’s John Cena, Rosa Mendes, and many other WWE Superstars), Rob makes sure you learn HOW to work out the right way, from the start. This method will help you get the results you want, in a fun and time efficient way. You will have Milena (and sometimes Rob) guide you through all the exercises to learn proper form and technique.


How It Works

We wanted to offer you the best options for our workout and now you have it! If you want to use our Totally Fit Mama App, it’s available for both Apple and Android users. The App offers the unique ability to put your own workout notes in and track your progress throughout the program.

If you want the workout on your computer screen, simply log into the “My Account” page here on our website for the full 12 week access.

Both offer you Milena and Rob’s amazing tutorial exercise video clips to view at your convenience.

Upon signing up, a password will be e-mailed to you. This password, along with the e-mail address you signed up with will be used to log in to the app and the website.
