No-Bake Peanut Butter Granola Crumble

Ingredients

1 C. old-fashioned oats

1/8 C. pure maple syrup

1/4 C. creamy peanut butter

¼ C. crisp rice cereal

2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

1Mix all in a bowl really well, with spoon or spatula.

2Place in fridge to harden slightly for 15 minutes.

3Crumbles are easily made pulling mixture apart with fingertips or using a fork or spoon to drop “crumbles” into the “nice cream”.

4Store leftover mixture in sealed container in fridge for up to 3 days.
