Our at home workout was developed by world renown certified strength and conditioning specialist, Rob Macintyre. Rob has been training Rosa for years. Now, Milena (aka “Rosa”), takes you through each exercise with Rob’s help to teach you how to work out the right way from the start, so you get the results you want in a fun and very time efficient way.

Rob MacIntyre

Rob MacIntyre specializes in strength, power, and physique athletes and has worked with people from many professional sports organizations as well as their developmental components.  He has worked closely with multiple medalist and record holders from the 2000 Olympic Games through the present, powerlifting record holders and national champions, WWE sports entertainment talent and has been published in a number of periodicals in the fitness industry. Because of the diversity and traveling schedule of many of his clients, Rob developed the training software “Mogy” that allows trainers to collect data from clients workouts regardless of location by sending workouts to their mobile devices.   Rob works independently out of a private training facility in Florida and is honored to have athletes travel from both the United States and overseas to seek his services.  He has certifications from United States Weightlifting, Fascial Stretch Therapy, the National Strength and Conditioning Association and International Society of Sports Nutrition.
